They all start with an initial health consultation with me. During this session, we discuss your unique situation in depth and determine how I can help you reach your personal goals. Basic Nutrition Coaching
Basic nutrition coaching is a six-month program for people who wants to improve their eating habits, make healthier choices according to their specific conditions, have more energy and lose weight.
The program I offer evolves around three major steps. These steps are:
– Identifying your main health concern, setting personal goals to deal with that and constructing your personal program to reach your goals according to your culture, lifestyle and food preferences.
– Helping you to incorporate these new food and lifestyle habits to your life step by step and starting to feeling the positive changes.
– Offering individual support during and after your program to ensure your long term success.
Nutrition Coaching for Couples
The couple’s program is perfect for couples and families who wish to make nutritional and lifestyle changes together. It is helpful and easier for people who needs to make nutritional changes for health reasons but are not ready to do so alone. The couples program is basically the same with the basic nutrition coaching program, the sessions along the program are held together but each individual needs to fill separate health history forms for the initial consultation at the beginning to discuss their specific conditions and goals.
