PRENATAL YOGA
Pregnancy is a very special experience in a woman’s life. A pregnant woman often becomes more aware of the changes her body is going through. Yoga allows her to adapt more gracefully to these changes and to feel a sense of integration and appreciation for her body.
Prenatal yoga improves flexibility, tones muscles and helps provide natural relief from some of the common pregnancy discomforts. It also increases circulation and reduces swelling, providing more blood flow and oxygen to the baby.
Prenatal yoga helps you for an easier pregnancy and prepares your body and mind for your birthing day. During yoga classes, you will learn how to find and release tension in the body. The ability to relax through the contractions results in less pain as well as better progress in labor.
